Air-assisted (Using air and water): Generally the best spray nozzles to create a fog or mist are going to be achieved using air-assisted atomisers or ultrasonic atomisers. Special atomisers are also used in parts of the steel production industry too.
Hydraulic Nozzles (water only): Certain low flow full cone and hollow cone models used at higher pressures will create a satisfactory mist/fog (Our RXT hollow cone range or low flow D-series full cones for example).
Both Air-assisted atomisers and Hydraulic nozzles have been very effective for Dust Suppression.
